Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Sales Team: Guide and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets in the secondary real estate market.
Build a team: Help with recruitment and talent Selection. Help grow the sales team.
Training and Development: A successful sales manager invests in their team’s growth. Regular training sessions on the latest market trends, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge are key to keeping the team sharp and competitive.
Support & Guidance: While autonomy is essential, ongoing support is equally important. Be approachable and available to provide guidance, share feedback, and address challenges that your team may face. Regular one-on-one meetings can help understand individual needs and offer personalized coaching to overcome obstacles.
Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, property prices, and regulatory changes to ensure your team is informed and can advise clients effectively.
Negotiations & Closures: Oversee talks and the closing process, ensuring smooth transactions and high-quality service throughout.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report sales performance, identify market opportunities, and provide insights to senior management to drive decision-making.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the secondary market in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- RERA certification is required.
