Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Guide and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets in the secondary real estate market.
- Build a team: Help with recruitment and talent Selection. Help grow the sales team.
- Training and Development: A successful sales manager invests in their team’s growth. Regular training sessions on the latest market trends, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge are key to keeping the team sharp and competitive.
- Support & Guidance: While autonomy is essential, ongoing support is equally important. Be approachable and available to provide guidance, share feedback, and address challenges that your team may face. Regular one-on-one meetings can help understand individual needs and offer personalized coaching to overcome obstacles.
- Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, property prices, and regulatory changes to ensure your team is informed and can advise clients effectively.
- Negotiations & Closures: Oversee talks and the closing process, ensuring smooth transactions and high-quality service throughout.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report sales performance, identify market opportunities, and provide insights to senior management to drive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the secondary market in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- RERA certification is required.
