Mania joins Chestertons with an impressive track record in the real estate industry. Prior to her appointment, she served as the Deputy CEO of D&B Properties and Chief Business Growth Officer at Bayari Holding. She is also the Chairwoman and Board Member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce Valuation Business Group. Her outstanding leadership and contributions to the sector have earned her a place among the “50 Inspiring Women Leaders in the Middle East” by Arabian Business in 2024.

With a Master’s degree in International Business and a PhD in Business Administration, Mania brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to Chestertons MENA.
